    Associate with people who have positive attitudes about life in general and avoid those with negative outloooks

  2. Don’t rush the starting of medication, when your diagnosed with Parkinson’s Make sure your neurologist is tuned in to Parkinson’s.

  3. Keep dancing as long as you can. The melding of music, movement and friends help to keep up the spirits!
